In-store devices are checked and paid out on the spot. Mailed-in devices are inspected at Malaga and we contact you to arrange payment.

Before you sell
  • No water-damaged devices. We can't accept any device with water or liquid damage.
  • ID and proof of purchase. We may ask to see photo ID or proof of purchase, both in store and by mail once we've received your device.
  • Contracts and payment plans. Phones that are still under contract can't be purchased unless you provide proof that the device is fully paid off.
