Refund & Exchange Process

We will provide a full refund / exchange subject to;

  • Your product is fautly and the fault can be confirmed by us upon returning the handset.
  • Free from any physical and liquid damage.
  • Not of acceptable quality
  • Is different from the original description or
  • Is different from the sample shown to you.

Please Note: We reserve the right to send the faulty product to the manufacturer / supplier or distributor for further assessment prior to providing any refund or exchange. Restocking fee of 5% applies for all refunds.

We reserve the right to not refund or exchange the product if;

  • If you simply change your mind.
  • Unable to provide a valid proof of purchase
  • Discover the item is cheaper elsewhere (Online or in grey market)
  • Cause physically damage including water / moisture damage to your product voids your warranty.
